How will I receive my Tickets?
After completing your payment, you’ll be immediately redirected to download your tickets as a PDF. Additionally, a link to download the tickets will also be sent to your email for easy access.
Where will I sit?
You’ll be seated with the group included in your booking. If your group doesn’t fill an entire table, other attendees will be seated at your table to complete the seating arrangement.
What if I want my own table?
To guarantee a private table, you need to purchase a minimum of 10 tickets. If you buy fewer than 10, you will share a table with other attendees.
Can I pay for individual tickets but sit together with a group of friends?
Absolutely, just organise a group name with your friends and add the group name when purchasing your tickets. We will seat your friends who also include the group name in their booking, together on one table.
Can I buy extra tickets even if I don't know who will use them?
Absolutely! You can purchase additional tickets even if you haven’t decided who will use them. Just list these tickets under the purchaser’s name, followed by a number (e.g., ‘Sarah Smith 1’, ‘Sarah Smith 2’). This helps you easily identify and manage the tickets.
Can I transfer my ticket if I can't attend?
Absolutely! If you’re unable to attend the event, you can gift your ticket to someone else. The recipient of the ticket will need to present either the physical or digital version of the ticket at the event. Please ensure they have a copy of the ticket, so they can gain entry without any issues.
How will my email be used?
We use your email to send event updates and occasionally notify you about future events like the Moon Festival. You can easily unsubscribe at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link in our emails.
I haven't received my Tickets. What should I do?
Firstly, please check your spam or junk mail folder, as the email with your tickets may have been filtered there.
Also, confirm if your card has been charged to ensure the payment was successfully processed. Sometimes, issues with card processing can prevent tickets from being issued.
If you still can’t locate your tickets, please email us at [email protected] with the email address used for the purchase and the date of the transaction, so we can assist you promptly.
I can no longer attend can I get a refund?
Should you need to cancel your attendance, we offer a full refund up to 7 days before the event date. To process a refund, please contact us with your ticket details.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund. However, tickets are transferable, meaning you can pass your ticket to someone else if you’re unable to attend.
What if I entered my email incorrectly when purchasing tickets?
No worries! Just send an email to [email protected] with the incorrect email address you used, details of the tickets purchased, and the purchase date. We’ll help rectify the error and ensure you receive your tickets.
